What personal information do we collect and how do we use it?

We collect three types of personal information, and only use each set of details for the stated purposes:

Enquiries:

We collect the name, email address, phone number and school in question from any individual who enquires with us. This is only to ensure we can provide the most effective response to your enquiry, with the information collected not used for any other purpose.

Parent or Guardian Booking Information:

We collect the name, email address, phone number and address of any parents or guardians booking a holiday. This is to allow us to set up payment through our merchant system and to contact you in the event of a problem with your booking. We do not store any banking details as part of this process.

Passenger Information:

We collect all details as necessary for travel on the trip a passenger is booking on. This will always include a name, address, and any disabilities we need to be aware of. This may also extend to passport information, dietary requirements and any other such information required for each specific trip. This information will only be used for the purposes of booking travel on the passenger’s behalf.

How do we protect your personal information?

We take the security of your personal information seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal information. We also ensure that access to your personal information is limited to those employees and contractors who need it to perform their job functions.

How long do we keep your personal information?

We only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Do we share your personal information?

We will only share personal information with vendors for which it is required to make a booking on your behalf (e.g. with an airline to book flights). We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

You have the following rights under GDPR: The right to access your personal information. The right to correct any inaccuracies in your personal information. The right to object to the processing of your personal information. The right to erasure (i.e., the right to be forgotten). The right to restrict processing of your personal information. The right to data portability.
